❏ Download and use the Courier Graphics PDF settings. Download Settings

❏ How to prep your files for success.

❏ HIGH RES PDF’s are preferred, but we can accept all file types.

❏ Images are saved as 300 DPI minimum.

❏ Images are saved as CMYK or RGB, CMYK is preferred.

❏ Black-and-white images are saved as gray scale or bitmap images.

❏ PMS colors are labeled and consistent throughout the piece.

❏ Rich blacks are set to 40% cyan, 30% magenta, 30% yellow & 100% black. Download Info Sheet

❏ Black text is to be 100% black or a percentage of black.

❏ Save document as single page PDFs, not as spreads.

❏ .125" (1/8") bleeds on all sides of document.

❏ Type or live area should be .25" (1/4") from trim edge. Download Info Sheet

❏ Borders should be at least .25" (1/4") if near the trim line. (.375" (3/8") is recommended)

❏ Please compress packaged native files before sending by using Zip or Stuffit.

❏ Your project may be susceptible to web growth. Download Info Sheet

❏ Get set up on InSite. (InSite instruction guide)

❏ Upload your files using InSite or File Transfer Service.

❏ Upload, review and approve pages on InSite.

❏ Changes to proofs - first 5 changes are free, then $15 per page, $75 per color correction.
