Our Peer Group Meeting.

We have been in the https://www.print.vision/ peer group for over 25 years. We meet twice a year to discuss all things print, critique each others plant and help plan, and grow for the future... The peer group consists of 8 other printers sprinkled across the country. This year WE were the hosts for the peer group! Here are some photos from our meeting.

Peer Group Critique

One of the highlights of this meeting is touring each printers’ facilities. Here the group is in our sample room filling out the detailed critique sheet that covers every inch of our plant. After the tour there is an in-depth discussion on all the positive things of the plant and then some things to consider to try differently. Having fellow peers in the same industry give feedback is a great way to learn and grow.

Manroland Lithoman Web Press

We are the only printer in the group that has a web press, and our Manroland Lithoman was the talk-of-the-town. The group was very impressed by all the capabilities we have with this press; speed, quality, and competitive pricing to name just a few. We definitely made an impact with this piece of equipment.

Client Thanks

Our clients are very important to us. We think it’s important to highlight the positives, so we created a wall of thanks in our plant. Here we showcase the project and what the client said about it for all employees to see so that everyone is aware of what’s being said.

Meeting Adjourned

It was a great 2 day meeting. We learned alot, received some truly great feedback that we are doing things right. We are looking forward to getting together in the fall to tour and talk about the next printer in the group!
