High performance in the smallest space! This new folder is wicked fast and extremely efficient! Up to 50% higher productivity without increasing the machine speed compared to non-shingled production. On November 1st we received and installed our newest piece of equipment. This signature folder will help in all aspects of our bindery. This folder is meant primarily for signature work, but can also fold various other types of work. Listed below are some of the key features of this folder.

  • Folding up to 12,000 sheets per hour! (16 page signature)

  • Sheet size up to 32 inch x 50.4 inch

  • 10 minute make readies or less

  • Great for 16pg, 12pg, 8pg, 4pg signatures

  • Pile feed feature; extremely fast and efficient
